Lekshmy holds a Bachelor’s degree from MG University in Fashion designing and technology post she secured Masters in Fashion Management from NIFT Bhubaneswar.

Her area of interests are in IPR- Intellectual property rights, Visual merchandising, fashion merchandising,Pattern making, Indian textiles, Garment manufacturing and Fashion Illustrations.

She started her career as an intern in Arvind Retail Ltd, Bangalore and was involved in launching a new season collection( product line) for their Megamart stores.Thereafter, she had over four years of experience in retail buying and visual merchandising in India and abroad.She started her academic career with ASAP Kerala and then she worked with ATDC, Thiruvananthapuram.

Winner of two Gold medals- “Best Academic Performance of the year” and “Best student of year” at NIFT Bhubaneswar Convocation. Currently aspiring to do her research in the field of IPR and fashion.
